Hailie Jade Mathers is engaged!
The daughter of rapper Eminem announced Monday that her boyfriend, Evan McClintock, got down on one knee — and she said yes.
“casual weekend recap… 😭💗 2.4.23 💍,” Mathers captioned photos on Instagram that showed the couple popping champagne.
“i love you @evanmcclintock11,” she added.
The 27-year-old stunned in a pair of dark gray jeans, a black leather jacket and booties while carrying a small handbag.
One of the snaps offered a close-up look at her diamond ring with a simple gold band.
Her future husband looked dapper in a white button-down shirt, beige trousers, brown boots and a black peacoat.

Fans were quick to jump into the comments section to congratulate the pair, and many pondered whether McClintock had asked Mathers’ Grammy-winning father for permission.
“Imagine having to ask Em to marry his daughter,” one person wrote, while another joked, “I wonder if knees were weak and his arms were heavy,” quoting Eminem’s 2002 hit “Lose Yourself.”
The couple met while attending Michigan State University in 2016.

McClintock made his first appearance on Mathers’ Instagram page that December as they posed together in celebration of her birthday.
“Couldn’t have asked for a better 21st birthday celebration (or a better guy to have by my side),” she captioned the post at the time.
It seems the couple have been going strong ever since, as Mathers shared a romantic Valentine’s Day tribute to McClintock last year, accompanied by a picture of them kissing in front of a sunset.

While her dad usually remains mum about his personal life, the 50-year-old spoke briefly about the “Just a Little Shady” podcast host and her beau during an interview on “Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson” in March 2020.
“No babies,” Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers III, replied when asked whether Hailie had any children of her own.
“Just a boyfriend. She’s doing good,” he added. “She’s made me proud for sure.”
