Jukkit Suksawat manufactures Thai mother-of-pearl ornaments and decorations. A large drawing can contain more than 20,000 miniature parts. It preserves a craft that has survived more than seven centuries. Something is loading.

Jukkit Suksawat a Thai artist who has been creating traditional mother of pearl inlays for 30 years. He is determined to carry on this 14th century tradition by doing every step in the traditional way. His pieces feature Thai motifs like the lotus flower.
