Thomas Rhett’s wife, Lauren Akins, gave birth to their fourth daughter on Monday.
“Lillie Carolina Akins 😍 born November 15th. 7.5 pounds of pure joy🙌,”The country music star was announced via Instagram. “@laur_akins you are my hero. Watching a child being born is legit a miracle. 4 under 6 here we go!”
Rhett, 31, shares with Akins, 32, 6-year-old Willa Gray and Ada James, 4 years old, and 1 year-old Lennon Love.
The “Live in Love”Author also shared the news via her Instagram account, writing: “family couldn’t be more over the moon.”
In May, Rhett revealed onstage at the iconic honky-tonk Billy Bob’s Texas that his high school sweetheart was pregnant again.
“We are pumped to be having our 4th girl,”After the show, he posted on Instagram. “Feel free to buy all the merch you want, knowing that all the proceeds are going straight to all these weddings I’ll be paying for one day!”

The “Slow Down Summer”Akins and singer became parents when they adopted Willa, a Ugandan baby, in May 2017. Three months later, Ada was born by the podcast host. Lennon followed in February 2020.

Rhett describes himself as a “simple guy” and often refers to himself as “a nimble, gregarious, and a…” “girl dad,”The 2020 ACM Entertainers’ of the Year winner still believes in the possibility of having a boy.
“I would love a son,”He initially told People in April, but he later admitted. “I don’t really know what I would do with a boy, to be honest with you!”
The couple has been married since 2012.
Rhett and Akins dated as teens before reconnecting in mid-2011 at her sister’s graduation party. They were married in Nashville, October 2012.
