I can’t wait to watch the season finale of Billions. Last week’s episode concluded with the recently-formed “let’s get Axe”The coterie (Chuck and Kate, Mike Prince and Taylor) devise a deliciously sinister scheme to trap Axe. Axe was facing possible jail time in the penultimate episode. Ask Wags “What do you want us to do?”Axe was flustered and responded “I have no fucking idea.”
All of this took place while “Wild Horses”The Rolling Stones recorded it because it was obvious that it would. Billions, as always is the best.
Billions of fans find themselves in a happy/sad situation. The good news is that tonight’s season finale will air on Showtime. The bad news is? It’s going to be a while (but perhaps not as long as you think!) Billions will return for a sixth season. When will Billions Season 6 premiere at Showtime? Here’s everything we know.

HAS BILLIONS BEEN REENEWED FOR SIXTH SEASON?
It’s obvious. Showtime renewed the series in October 2020 for a sixth season.
WHEN WILL BILLIONS SIXTH SEASON PREMIERE AT SHOWTIME
While no official Billions Season 6 premiere date was announced, we know from past episodes when we can expect new episodes.
Season 1 premiere: January 17, 2016.
Season 2 premiere date: February 19, 2017,
Season 3 premiere: March 25, 2018.
Season 4 premiere: March 17, 2019,
Season 5 premiere date: May 3, 2020
Season 5, Part 2 premiere date: September 5, 2021
In normal (aka non-pandemic) years, new seasons generally premiere about 12-14 months after the previous season debuts, but Billions might be back sooner than you’d think. After finishing Season 5, the series started Season 6 production. Billions co-creator Brian Koppelman recently tweeted that they’re “more than halfway through filming Season 6.”
We expect Billions Season 6 will premiere in spring 2022. Our best guess is that it will be between March and May 2022.
